in the popular valencia street bike lane, with cyclists streaming by, a woman sits in the front of her minivan typing on a macbook.
i actually stopped to say to her through the closed window - it's not ok to be stopped in the bike lane. she didn't move.

I saw this car again -- dropping off at the Synergy elementary school on valencia right near where she was blocking the bike lane.
In general, that school does an excellent job making sure parents don't block the bike lane while dropping off their kids.
Maybe she didn't get the message like all the other parents. Kudos to the school in general.
