As seen by the third picture (click through entry to see more photos), this is the shuttle picking up 600 Townsend employees at Civic Center and ferrying them to the south of market work place. transit for employees is laudable. but the daily pick up spot should not be in the bike lane.

not sure if this is part of the 600 townsend shuttle or not. but private tour companies / shuttle providers keep using the bike lane in front of hotel whitcomb to pick up passengers forcing cyclists into traffic while they idle in our lane.
