EVERY school morning. Blocking both the bike lane and the sidewalk. Endangering all those little children walking to school, as well as every other person walking or cycling through this area. I've called 311 a few times, but only once actually got through to actually report the violation. The Mazda driving woman who has been using this spot as her own personal parking spot every morning for more than a year has set a precedent; many others also park here "oh, just for a few minutes" blocking both the bike lane and the sidewalk.
